Yes, there is free parking on the street surrounding us on a first come basis.

No, we do not accept cash payments at our venue. We only accept credit and debit card payments, as well as digital payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Photography and recording without flash are usually allowed during performances but make sure you check with the Box office team in advance.

Some events at the venue may have age restrictions, and it is recommended to check the event details before purchasing tickets.

Tickets can be purchased in advance through the venue’s website, and we encourage you to do so. There might be tickets left in the Box Office but we can not guarantee this for every event.

Ticket refunds and exchanges are typically not allowed, but exceptions may be made in certain circumstances. Check with the box office for more information.

Yes, normally there are ticket concessions for students, over 65’s, children and disabled people (with free entry for one carer). However, we recommend to check the ticket page for each event or activity.

Sometimes we offer food during our events but normally we don’t have any catering options.
