Join the MWSOG collective for an audio-visual dreaming, designed to evoke a deep sense of hiraeth, along a non-linear journey through time, reflecting on major turning points in the Welsh tradition of land and verse.
This immersive evening blends live music, poetry and movement with striking 360° visuals inside the CULTVR dome. Rooted in Welsh language and folklore, the performance weaves together personal and cultural memory with ancestral rhythms, connecting audiences to the landscapes, voices and stories that have shaped Wales.
Presented by a diverse collective of artists and makers from across Wales (and beyond), the event draws on shared heritage and varied creative practices to reimagine old traditions in bold, contemporary ways. Through ritual procession, original compositions and cinematic imagery, MWSOG offers a sensory experience that’s both reflective and visionary.
Step inside a living expression of Wales where the past meets the present to dream a shared future.
Project selected as part of Catalyst 360º, delivered by CULTVR with support from the Arts Council of Wales.
