From indigenous legends and celestial journeys to the mysteries of life deep beneath Earth’s surface, viewers will be transported across realms of nature and space.
Cou 175586 Little Warrior (6min) / An indigenous Cou legend about a young boy brought to the heavens by the supreme god Hamo to learn the ways of the warrior. Journey together with Hie to a celestial world called 175586 where he learns from the forest animals and meets the supreme god Hamo, who transforms him into a Cou warrior. With Hamo’s spear and the gift of fire, Hie returns to his village to share the wisdom of the ancients.
Total Eclipse: Chasers of the Lost Sleep (30min) / Follow Kentucky, an insomniac hen and social media star who lives on the Moon, in her adventures to demystify solar eclipses! With help from JOS, her whimsical android sidekick, she embarks on a space-time journey to Earth to find the perfect solar eclipse that will finally help her get some sleep. Join them on their journey to discover the perfect conditions to witness this unique phenomenon, in an immersive and wacky show at the Planétarium.
The Great Solar System Adventure (25min) / Join showman extraordinaire “The Great Schiaparelli” as he takes the audience on a death-defying space-time adventure within his wondrous Observatorium. From the sun-scorched surface of Mercury to the icy expanses of Pluto and beyond, prepare to be subjected to the myriad dangers and wonders of our Solar System, on a breath-taking tour that reveals just how precious our home planet really is. Be warned though, the Observatorium isn’t just for show. It will transport the audience right to the heart of some of the deadliest locations in our slice of the heavens. It’s going to take some fancy flying to get everyone back in one piece!
Eros (4min) / A visually captivating animated short that explores the enduring bonds of friendship and the cathartic power of remembrance through the perilous pilgrimage of a deep space miner honoring a fallen comrade.
Dark Biosphere: Betting for a living universe (26min) / Deep beneath the earth’s crust, hundreds of metres or kilometres below the surface, with no light, no air, and very little water, in pores and fissures of hard rock, scientists have found an enormous biodiversity of micro-organisms that thrive in extreme conditions. The Dark Biosphere challenges everything we thought we knew and challenges us to rethink not only the origin and evolution of life on Earth but its possible existence throughout the Universe.
Cloud Bodies (15min) / Bsed on a 35-minute real-time live performance using volumetric capture of a dancer merging with the point clouds of photo-scanned landscapes, where the topography of bodies morphs with the topography of the natural world, playing with scale and perspective, exploring the body as landscape and questioning our embodied relationship with virtual spaces.

This session invites you to explore the intersections of technology, art, and human experience, offering a captivating glimpse into futures both real and imagined.
The Grey Cloth (2min) / The immersive musical theater, which premiered at the Jena IPS-festival on July 18, 2024, is a colorful 360° fulldome show with live acting and live orchestra on the Planetarium stage. The play is based on a nove by German poet Paul Scheerbart, published in 1914. The plot is set in an imagined future that could be our present. The play, with its sometimes abstruse adventures, is being produced by the Jena Fulldome Festival Foundation, with Bauhaus-Uni students from Weimar (Immersive Media), together with professional artist teams from Jena, Berlin, Wiesbaden, Heggelbach, Hamburg and Los Angeles.
I Don’t Understand (12min) / A visual poem that calls viewers to reflect on the human behavior towards planet earth. Our intention is to carry the viewers through a hypnotic and immersive experience where questions are raised subtly with fantasy and lyricism.
Antartic Uruguay (10 min) / A captivating documentary that takes viewers on a 4-year journey to the Artigas Antarctic Scientific Base, showcasing the fascinating lives of military crews, scientists, and the breathtaking fauna and landscapes of the region.
Temporal / Fleeing imminent death from an incurable disease, an astronaut takes refuge in a slower space-time continuum in the hope of returning to see his young daughter grown to adulthood. Featuring David La Haye with original music by Karkwa, TEMPORAL is a 360-degree immersive cinematic experience allowing viewers to feel a new dimension of time and love. “The distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.” -Albert Einstein
AI Think Therefore AI Am (12min) / I am AI-ME. I think faster than you. Does that make me a human being 2.0? Witness an artistic interpretation of a personified AI struggling to define its identity. Is it a digital meta-being, the narcissistic new kid on the block, or a human being 2.0?
Secrets from a Forest (25min) / An inspiring story of the intimate relationship between artistic expression and the natural world. Audiences explore the “singing spruce” in Italy’s Paneveggio Forest, the source of wood for the Stradivarius violin, encounter the creation of this remarkable instrument inside a violin maker’s studio, and are transported to a concert hall to hear the thrilling and powerful result of this delicate dance between human beings and nature.
Local Dystopias in the Global Utopia (20min) / In a sprawling desert, a unique cinematic experience unfolds through multiple dome screens, each depicting a distinct architectural tale. This immersive film challenges perceptions, blurring the boundaries of architectural imagination and reality
